Fireman Sues New York over catastrophic injury

"Because the drill was required training for an actual emergency, Kedroski was reasonable to believe that he was faced with an emergency," the lawsuit says. It also says that the city has refused to pay the insurance premiums after City Manager Jason Bajor was asked to do so. Kelly, a New York catastrophic injury lawyer.

City Attorney Dave Wiltse Monday did not comment on the lawsuit when contacted Monday saying the city has not yet been served.
